My mission is to make this the last generation that struggles through menopause owing to lack of awareness, understanding and support.
I'm around 4 years into perimenopause myself, so I understand the challenges and implication this stage brings and I'm here to support you through it.
I believe in women’s growth in confidence, empowerment and advancement in work and all other areas of their lives because studies show that when women do better, everyone benefits – partners, family, friends, colleagues and communities.
My purpose is to help you take your next best steps. I value highly the relational approach to executive coaching to be able to support and challenge most effectively. I aim to build a relationship where you feel trust and safety to be honest and do your best thinking. I’m then able to support you to establish the best pathway for you.
My approach is firstly seeking to understand the client’s current situation, challenges and experiences, exploring and understanding personal goals alongside their personal commitments, beliefs, motivations and aspirations. I guide the conversation to explore the opportunities available, to enable a balanced view of both the benefits and challenges of the various options, providing support and checking in for feedback throughout the process.
Since 2018 I’ve focused on career development, coaching, mentoring to support and inspire people to reach their personal and professional goals. I’ve over 30 years’ experience in a range of businesses from internet start-ups, real estate partnerships, investment banks, to boutique and corporate wealth management companies, in operational, project and people roles so understand a range of organisational contexts and working environments within which clients may work and held membership of Employer Advisory Boards with Henley Business School, Hult Ashridge and University of Gloucestershire.
